Craig Turner is an established entrepreneur, businessman and philanthropist, based in Lexington, KY. As founder and CEO of CRM Companies, as well as principal and lead developer of Red Draw Development, he has helped shape the way communities have grown and prospered.
As a former Director of Industrial Development for two Kentucky governors, Craig has helped to lead economic growth resulting in 22,000 new jobs and over $1,230,000,000 capital investment in Kentucky, including a recent $185 million P3 project for the Commonwealth. He remains hands-on to ensure that aspects of the project are of the highest quality and to the client’s satisfaction.
Craig founded CRM Companies in 1997 and has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of Class A Office space for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Bell South Mobility (AT&T), Smithkline Beecham, and other notable companies.
He is also an award-winner owner and developer of aLoft Hotels in Louisville and Columbus, OH and has a vast amount of experience in industrial development with developments for Toyota/Johnson Controls, Coors Brewing, and others.
In addition to serving on many local boards and organizations, Craig founded the CMA Foundation, a nonprofit organization in the Vail Valley which has raised millions of dollars to benefit local charities and children.
